Friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast, good wi-fi (in the public areas), great, clean, comfortable rooms, heated floor, nice decoration...
While close to the centre, the hotel is not in the centre itself. This has its advantages (great views, quiet) and disadvantages (you have to walk on a gravel road and with the wind and the cars you get a little dusty by the time you get there)

My room was warm and cozy, breakfast had good variety, and the location was on a hill, far enough from town to ensure some quiet but just a 10 minute walk to the heart of the main street in El Calafate with loads of shops and restaurants. The customer service was friendly and went way above normal. When my onward reservation in BsAs for the following night got cancelled suddenly, the front desk receptionist helped me find a new hotel in the area I wanted and even printed out the reservation confirmation for me.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel just outside of the town centre. The location was perfect, a reasonable 10-minute walk from downtown, allowing me to enjoy a quieter atmosphere while still being within easy reach of all the amenities. The staff were incredibly attentive and the service was top-notch. The rooms were comfortable, with nice bathrooms and the attention to detail was evident throughout. I especially appreciated the choice of having two single beds instead of a double bed, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast offered a delicious selection of sweets from Argentina, which felt like home cooked baked items.
All aspects of this hotel were splendid.

Spent Easter break here and had a lovely time. The rooms were cozy and beautifully decorated. I enjoyed the warm atmosphere of the communal areas with comfortable seating to relax in. The location was ideal, close enough to the city center but still away from the hustle and bustle. The key location enabled me to easily access trekking areas and enjoy a peaceful and relaxing environment.
The welcome was pretty weak, and staffs were not very friendly. It would have been helpful to know more about the hotel facilities.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, just a 5-10 minute walk from the downtown area. The hotel is also close to the bus depot, making it easy to get around if you're traveling by bus. the hotel had great facilities, including a spacious room with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful, with plenty of options including fruit and pastries.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
